Minimax Mart LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Blaise and NexusHQ mobile applications. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account credentials (username, email) provided by your organization's administrator. Device information for push notifications. Camera access for barcode scanning and document capture. No data is collected from users who do not have an account.
To authenticate you and provide access to your organization's data. To send push notifications for alerts and updates. To process barcode scans and document images. All business data belongs to and is controlled by your organization.
All data is stored on your organization's private server infrastructure. We do not store data on third-party cloud services. Push notification tokens are stored to deliver notifications.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notification delivery. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Business data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.
Camera access is used solely for scanning barcodes and capturing invoice documents. Photos are processed on-device and sent to your organization's server. We do not access your photo library without your explicit action.
